I don't do any curb-hopping or actual cyclocross off-road riding, but the Continental tires have are excellent and have taken over 2,600 Km in their stride.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18266852639379923008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5609208.post-39177692449256912052013-12-27T08:05:18.326+09:002013-12-27T08:05:18.326+09:00Your review has been really helpful. I am looking at this bike (for general fitness riding).
BTW how durable have the tyres been - this is always my worry (although I won't be doing much curb hopping or offroading)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08313493987650549129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5609208.post-90686513835442264482013-11-19T12:42:59.533+09:002013-11-19T12:42:59.533+09:00Thanks! Haven't looked into it though.

I've found the 2x9 speed range to be great for commuting, but for longer weekend rides larger front rings would be good - the 36/46 is tiny! Rarely need the small ring, only on longer rides with some good climbs.

The backMarkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18266852639379923008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5609208.post-83600304382247397712013-11-19T09:48:23.608+09:002013-11-19T09:48:23.608+09:00awesome review! I may just go for the A3, but the carbon fork and 10 speed range is more my fancy.TheSilverHunterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09731970020505976900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5609208.post-69397764694224683752013-10-29T05:54:46.378+09:002013-10-29T05:54:46.378+09:00We fitted some rubber grommets to the cable entry ...We fitted some rubber grommets to the cable entry points which promptly vanished inside the frame, but it's done over 2,000 Kms now and the cable rattle isn't noticeable any more.

Still gets a bit of seat post creak every now & then, but I just pop it out and apply some thick grease.
